Colour Me Samsung

Samsung Electronics Canada has the launched of the new Syncmaster T-series desktop monitors. The new "Touch of Colour" or TOC monitors (as they would like to be called) have a performance dynamic contrast ratio of 20,000:1, 2ms GTG response.
Apparently inspired by the craftsmanship of Venetian glassblowers – we couldn’t make this stuff up – the TOC monitors boast a unique crystal-like frame that is both transparent and opaque, giving the monitor a handcrafted feel.
"Samsung has always been committed to providing the perfect blend of innovation and design," says Ron Hulse, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Samsung Electronics Canada.
And if that is not enough, the TOC monitors provide multi-screen functionality. This feature provides the user the opportunity to divide their screen into different workstations, sorting programs and projects, to increase productivity. The monitors also offer custom, user-selectable capabilities such as aspect ratio adjustments, new MagicTune functions for display settings and hot keys.
The T200HD series include full HD 1080p technology (on some models), two HDMI connections, an embedded Digital Television Tuner and a hidden high-performing Invisible Speaker System.
The T200 series range from $299.99 to $599.99 with the T200HD ranging from $359.99 to $679.99.
The TOC monitors will be available at Best Buy in late May, of this year and in Future Shop, Staples and presumably smaller retailers in June and July.
